Snap Tech

Available for new projects

Software that runs your business, not a page that describes it.

We build websites, ecommerce stores, and management systems to order — with admin panels your team can actually run. Pharmacy software, inventory, POS, custom platforms. Built in Dhaka, delivered worldwide.

  • Fixed price agreed before we write any code
  • You own the source code and the database
  • We reply within one business day

A live demonstration of a pharmacy inventory panel built by SnapTech, showing stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and low-stock warnings updating in real time as medicines are dispensed.

Why we are different

A website is the front door. The system behind it is the business.

Most web projects stop at the brochure. You get a good-looking site, and the actual running of the business stays where it was — in spreadsheets, notebooks, and a WhatsApp group where orders go missing.

We keep going past that line. The public site brings people in; the system behind it takes the order, tracks the stock, flags what is about to expire, and tells you at the end of the day what you made. One build, both halves.

  • The admin panel is the product

The screens your staff use every day get the same design attention as the homepage. Most of the time they get more, because that is where the hours are spent and where a bad interface costs real money.

  • Your data, your decisions

Reporting built around the questions you actually ask — what is selling, what is expiring, what is unpaid — instead of a generic dashboard nobody opens twice.

  • Built to be handed over

You get the source code, the database, and documentation. If you ever replace us, the next developer can read what we wrote. We would rather be kept than needed.

Projects, and what changed because of them

Screenshots are easy. These are the numbers the client saw afterwards — because the only real test of a build is whether the business runs better than it did before.

Where we stand

Small studio. Long-running systems.

We are not the biggest agency you will talk to. We are the one whose work from three years ago is still running in production, still being maintained, and still owned outright by the client.

How it works

Five steps, and you know where you stand at every one

No black box. You see the scope before you commit, the design before we build, and the build every week while it happens.
  1. Discover

    2–4 days

We learn how your business actually runs before proposing anything.

A working session to map your current process, the people who touch it, and where it breaks. For system projects this is the most important week of the build — a management system designed from assumptions instead of observation gets rebuilt.

  2. Plan

    3–5 days

A written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date you can hold us to.

You get the feature list, the technical approach, the timeline, and the cost in writing before any code exists. If something is out of scope we say so now, not at invoice time.

  3. Design

    1–2 weeks

Screens you can review before they are expensive to change.

Wireframes first, then full visual design for every key screen — including the admin side, which is where most agencies stop designing and start improvising. You approve the design before development starts.

  4. Build

    3–10 weeks

Weekly builds on a staging link, so you are never guessing at progress.

You get a private staging URL from the first week and it updates as we go. Feedback happens continuously instead of arriving as a shock at handover.

  5. Launch & support

    Ongoing

We deploy it, train your team on it, and stay reachable afterwards.

Deployment, data migration, and a training session recorded for staff who join later. Every project includes a support window after launch, and an optional care plan after that.

In their words

We had bought software twice before and both times the staff went back to the notebook within a month. This time they preferred it by the second week, because billing is genuinely faster. That is the whole difference.

Pricing

Real numbers, before you have to ask

Every project is quoted on its scope, so these are the floor rather than the price. If your project is smaller than the floor, say so anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Included in every project, at every price

  • A written scope and a fixed price before we start
  • Mobile, tablet, and desktop layouts as standard
  • An admin panel for anything you will need to edit
  • Speed, SEO basics, and accessibility built in, not upsold
  • Full source code and database handover
  • A support window after launch, included

Questions

The things people ask before they email us

And a few they only think to ask afterwards. If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer properly, not with a sales call.

Still unsure? Send us the problem in a sentence and we will tell you what it would take to solve it.

A business website starts around ৳85,000 (about $700), ecommerce around ৳1,80,000 ($1,500), and management systems around ৳2,50,000 ($2,100). Those are starting points, not estimates for your project — the real figure depends on scope, and you get a fixed written price before any work begins.

Tell us what your business actually needs.

Describe the problem in a few sentences. We will come back with an honest view of what it would take — scope, timeline, and cost — whether or not that turns into a project.
